Mobile Browser Instructions

For Chrome Android browsers, please follow these instructions:

  • Set it to Standard to allow most cookies, or Custom and adjust settings if necessary.

For Safari (ios) browsers, please follow these instructions:

  • Open Settings: Open the main Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  • Locate Safari: Scroll down and select Safari.
  • Adjust Privacy: Under "Privacy & Security," turn off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.
  • Check Advanced Settings: Scroll to the bottom, tap Advanced, and ensure Block All Cookies is toggled off (not green).
Important Notes for iphones and ipads:
  • As of Safari 13.1, third-party cookies are blocked by default, which may prevent some websites or tools from functioning properly.
  • If you continue to have issues, you may need to disable other privacy extensions or ensure you are not browsing in Private mode.
  • It is recommended to restart Safari after changing these settings.
