Postage charges are now based on the weight of the items.
The cart will calculate the postage charge depending on the weight of the items, these costs can be seen in the cart before proceeding to check out.
Postal rates have risen sharply in recent years, below is a guide to the probable charges.
NOTE. Customs Duty and VAT may be payable in all overseas countries including EU countries.

| Australia, New Zealand | 1 DVD £5.50 to £9.75 |
2 DVDs £9.75 to £18.75 |
3-8 DVDs £18.75 to £27.20 |
Delivery Times Unless a release date is stated in the products description, orders will be dispatched either sameday or next working day. This does not apply to Custom Made DVDs when a delivery period will be quoted at the time of ordering.
In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty or damaged DVD please contact us first and we will reply explaining the return procedure, we may not require you to return the product in some cases.
Refunds will only be given at our discretion.
