London Open 2006

Another classic running of this superb annual event saw follow-ins and fencings a plenty.

Now that the Speedway team has left Wimbledon along with all their shale, a wet track still produced plenty of grip and it was used to great effect by the drivers.

The amount of damage and follow-ins was exceptional, Team Stinkbridge had a hand in several of them, they were not alone.

The Hillman Super Minx pictured on the front cover lost it's gearbox onto the dog track, the DVD shows it happening, a truly remarkable sight.

Filmed with two cameras this must be the best London Open yet.

Won for the 2nd year running by 348 Sonny Sherwood the evening had all a banger fan could ask for, even man nurses, yes they are here as well.
