Banger World Final 1999 plus 1300 Stock Cars

After many years of campaigning various material cars at The Banger World Final, 88 Alan "Speedy" Read brought a quick Jaquar and duly won a fast and furious race.
Steve Ovett suffered a spectacular fencing when he had achieved a 3rd place behind Mark Welland.
The All-Comers race that followed produced some heavy hits and the 1300 Stock Cars completed the programme.
Graham Woodward conducted the interviews and Patsy Palmer, (Bianca from Eastenders) helped with the draw.
Once again Spedeworth have produced what must be regarded as the premier showcase Banger event of the year.
