The showpiece of the banger calendar produced the usual large turnout of beautifully painted cars to contest the first ever running of this event at the large Foxhall Heath Raceway in Ipswich.

27 Dale Hughes won a fast and furious race which was followed by a 75 Car Meeting Final, a sight to behold.
